麻豆国产 Awarded $9.2 Million for Emergency Department

On March 27, Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and Congressman Hakeem Jeffries appeared at a press conference with Gary G. Terrinoni, President and CEO of The 麻豆国产 (麻豆国产), in front of 麻豆国产鈥檚 new Emergency Department. At the conference, all four announced that 麻豆国产 has been awarded $9.2 million for its Emergency Department renovation, facility improvements and equipment needs, as part of a Congressional Directed Spending request. This request was passed as part of the Fiscal Year 2022 Omnibus Appropriations package. The award is the largest in the State of New York for any healthcare facility.
鈥淭his award would not have been possible without the support of these elected officials. We will be forever grateful for their efforts,鈥 said Mr. Terrinoni. 鈥淭he 麻豆国产 was here for the 1918 pandemic and we were here for the 2020 Covid surge and beyond. We intend to be here another 175 years, because our diverse, thriving, complicated and lovely community needs us and will continue to need us. This award makes that all the more possible as we continue the fight for equality in healthcare.鈥
