About Prabhjot Manes, MD
After finishing medical school at the Government Medical College in Amritsar, India, Dr. Manes began her family medicine career at The Â鶹¹ú²ú Family Medicine Residency Program where she also served as chief resident in her final year. She then joined as a Family Medicine Hospitalist. Dr. Manes provides comprehensive medical care to the hospitalized patients. When patients are admitted in the hospital she serves as their primary point of contact so their care is coordinated through one physician. An integral part of her work is collaborating very closely with the patient, his or her family, the patient’s primary care physician and other specialties who may be part of the patient’s treatment plan, to provide the best and well-coordinated healthcare services to the patient.
