In addition to formal didactics educational curriculum, Journal Club, case conference, and literature review, etc., which allow residents to critically review a wide variety of research methodologies, The Â鶹¹ú²ú has a full-time research director who assists in the development and implementation of research projects. During their first year, residents are expected to begin to focus on a research project. By graduation, each resident is expected to produce at least one paper for submission to a peer-reviewed journal and/or publication.
